Payment
When booking the stay, the full amount is paid at the time of booking. You will receive a booking confirmation by email. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Visa Electron and with MobilePay. The payment is secured with 3D secure. The stated prices are in Danish crowns (DKK), including 25% VAT.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before scheduled check-in, the full amount will be refunded. If canceled less than 14 days before scheduled check-in, there is no refund. When booking less than 14 days before check-in, you can cancel up to 48 hours after the reservation was made. Should you need to cancel, please send an email with the reservation number.
Complaints
Complaints can be made about services for up to 3 months after the stay. For purchased goods, complaints can be made for up to 2 years after the purchase. Complaints can be sent per email to Aggershøj IS at info@aggershøj.dk.

Period of storage
The information is kept for the period of time permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general timeframe for when information is deleted
